Warranty Policy

The top fire accessories and random supporting products sold by offline channels (physical stores, distributors, etc.) are returned and replaced by agents themselves; Top Fire is responsible for the end customer's warranty and non-warranty repair services.

1. Products purchased online

Three guarantees within the validity period of product performance failure (non-human reasons), starting from the next day of receipt of goods, return within seven days, replacement within 30 days, repair within one year. Keep the purchase voucher properly.

2. Products purchased in offline physical stores

Three guarantees within the validity period of product performance failure (non-human reasons), from the date of purchase, refund within seven days (excluding no reason), replacement within 30 days, repair within one year. Keep the purchase voucher properly. Returns and exchanges are performed by offline physical stores or agents.

3. Warranty duration

All accessories are guaranteed for two years; The warranty period is from the day after receipt or the date of purchase until the warranty period of the relevant product (1 /2 years).


Out Of Warranty

1. Products that have exceeded the warranty period (more than three packages of warranty time or products that exceed the return period);

2. Self-modification and maintenance or disassembly, modification and maintenance by third parties without our authorization;

3. Peripherals or software installation problems configured by non-brand products used together with brand products and resulting in product failure;

4. Misuse, collision, drop, negligence, abuse, liquid intake, moisture, accidents, changes and other incorrect installation caused by product failure;

5. The machine bottom label, machine SN code, and anti-counterfeiting mark on the product are damaged or intentionally altered to cause ambiguity

6. Natural loss and aging of consumable materials;

7. Failure caused by lightning strike or other electrical system (voltage level);

8. Product accessories, gifts missing, invoice missing or alteration of the situation affecting the integrity of the product;
